We offer accessible transport for older people, people with disabilities, wheelchair users and others .

 

Our Transport service is available to everyone and can be purchased as part of our day care service or separately.

We offer transport to enable people to:

 

• go shopping

 

• attend GP, hospital & other appointments,

 

• see friends & visit relatives,

 

• take part in social & community events,

 

• access services & activity as part of your care packages

 

Make our Care services part of your care support package.

We offer a friendly service & competitive rates.

Use your Direct payments and Personal Budget allowances to use our transport

Rates

 

Rate 1: £12 Mondays to Fridays*

 

Rate 2: £15 Weekends**

 

Rate 3: £15 - £20: Mondays to Fridays (up to 10 mile radius)**

 

Rate 4: £20- £25: Weekends (up to 10 mile radius)

 

* return journey & applicable only within London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham

 

Please note that an extra charge will be levied for trips into central London

 

For all other trips call us to arrange your transport at affordable rates
