TAHA in partnership with The Asian Women’s Network coordinates a Women4Change programme to address barriers and support facing women wanting to participate or engage within BME communities & in mainstream elected & appointed bodies.
We organise Women4Chnage events across all London boroughs from time to time to address critical issues affecting women, promote networking and provide mentoring and other support.

Racism: Service Delivery & Governance
We run two training programmes annually to promote work to tackle racism and racial inequalities and to link in community workers and mainstream interested in strategic interventions against racism.
The Programme objectives are to:
- enable individuals to understand the nature and dynamics of institutional racism, its effects on them, their work and their institutions;
- provide a critical analysis of existing institutional responses and approaches;
- enable individuals to specify demands, needs and aspirations of Black, Asian and White people into service requirements;
- connect individuals to anti-racist network and provide ongoing support for their own strategies for change and intervention.
