Hope for Asian Carers Project

 

3 STAR (Excellent) rated respite care service by Quality Care Commission

 

Provides Respite Care and Support for Asian Carers looking after elders and youths in London Borough of Ealing, hounslow, Slough, Hammersmith & Fulham and Hillingdon. ASHRA prioritise those in greatest need e.g. elderly & Youths living alone, with long term illness, disabilities etc.

 

 

Respite care support which includes:

 

* supporting isolated elderly people whose carers do not live with them

* providing culturally sensitive support to carers and their families

* preventing hospitalisation or admission to residential care

* emergency care and support to carers

* supporting carers who have double caring responsibilities.
