Carer Support & Advice
Provides Respite Care and Support for Asian Carers looking after elders and youths in London Borough of Ealing, hounslow, Slough, Hammersmith & Fulham and Hillingdon.
We prioritise those in greatest need e.g. elderly & Youths living alone, with long term illness, disabilities etc.
Respite care support which includes:
- • supporting isolated elderly people whose carers do not live with them
- •providing culturally sensitive support to carers and their families
- •preventing hospitalisation or admission to residential care
- •emergency care and support to carers
- •supporting carers who have double caring responsibilities.
Services
Domiciliary Care Services
- • Help with Bathing, dressing, Feeding & Toileting
- •Help with arranging meals, cleaning and laundry, shopping and other house hold task
Respite Care & Sitting Service
- • To give a break to the Carer
- • Helping Person the carer is looking after to attend local community activities, appointments, go shopping etc
Personal assistance service for youths
- • Giving assistance to Disabled Youths in school term time, through outings, activities
Our standard hourly rates for Domiciliary and respite care are:
Weekdays: Monday to Friday: 8am to 6pm ---- 12.99 per hour.
Weekends: Saturday to Sunday: 8am to 6pm --- 14.99 per hour.
Bank Holidays 8am to 6pm ------------------------ 16.99 per hour.
Our Standard Rates For Personal Assistance for Youths are:
Weekdays: Monday to Friday: 8am to 6pm ---- 14.99 per hour.
Weekends: Saturday to Sunday: 8am to 6pm --- 18.99 per hour.
Bank Holidays 8am to 6pm ------------------------ 22.99 per hour.
